How can I check on the status of my order? Can I track shipments?

 
 

Yes, our online order status page lets you check your past and pending orders. Simply sign into your account by clicking on the "My Account" link at the top right of any page within the NxSemi.com parts system. From the "My Account" page, click the "View Open Orders" link. This will take you to the Order Status page where you can view details of pending orders. To review past orders, click on the "My Purchase History" link from the My Account page.

 
  When viewing your order status, you'll be able to see which items have already shipped and which are in process. If your order was shipped by UPS or Federal Express, we'll include a tracking number.  
     
 

What is your privacy policy?

What is your policy on returning parts?

 
  You can return new OEM parts for refund or credit. Returns on new parts are accepted for full credit up to 30 days from the date your order shipped. Returns cannot be accepted after 30 days. All items require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before being returned to our warehouse. Please contact Customer Service at 1-208-362-7200 for RMA instructions and to arrange for a merchandise credit.
 
  Savers inventory is sold ‘as is’ and cannot be returned. All Savers sales are final.  
 

Novellus second source parts carry a 90-day warranty.

 
     
 

What is the policy if my order arrives damaged or defective?

 
 

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact NxEdge SMG immediately. If it is determined that your order was damaged during transit, we will provide you with all pertinant information to file a claim with the carrier. If it’s determined that parts were damaged or defective prior to shipping, you can return the items to us for a full credit or refund within 30 days of the original ship date. All items require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before being returned to our warehouse. Please contact Customer Service at 1-208-362-7200 for RMA instructions and to arrange for a merchandise credit.

 
     
  Are all parts fully qualified?  
 

All parts listed as New are fully qualified in original OEM packaging and sold with a 30-day right of return policy. Parts categorized as Savers are sold ‘as is’ and may not be fully qualified.

 
     
 

What are my payment options?

 
 

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and wire transfers. If you wish to pay by credit card, please call in your credit card information and complete your purchase by phone with one of our Customer Service Representatives at 1-208-362-7200, 8am-5pm (MST) / Monday - Friday.

 
  To pay by wire transfer, select the Wire Transfer option during online Checkout and place your order. You'll receive an email with easy steps to complete your transaction.  
  We also accept purchase orders from companies and organizations that have established a purchase order account with NxEdge Secondary Market Group.  
 

Please Note: Credits issued by NxEdge Secondary Market Group may not be used online. To apply a credit to your order, please call Customer Service at 1-208-362-7200, 8am-5pm (MST) / Monday - Friday.

 
     
 

What are my shipping options?

 
  We ship our products around the world, using a variety of shipping options and delivery methods. Learn more about shipping.  
     
 

How can I cancel or modify an order?

 
 

You can modify your order by signing into your account and selecting the "View Open Orders" link from the My Account page. This will take you to the Order Status page where you can view and edit the details of pending orders. Once your order has been scheduled to ship, you can no longer make modifications to your order online. To determine if any items scheduled to ship can be canceled or to add additional items to the shipment, call Customer Service at 1-208-362-7200, 5am-5pm (MST) / Monday - Friday. Once an order has left our warehouse, an order cannot be modified or canceled and is subject to our standard return policy.

 
  Returns  
    If a part you ordered is not needed and it has already left our warehouse, we make the return process easy. You can return new OEM parts with no questions asked within 30 days from the date of shipment for a full refund. For more information on returns, see our Refund and Returns Policies.  
    If You Ordered by Phone  
    If you placed your order by phone with a Customer Service representative, it will not appear on your online Order Status page. To have us adjust your order, please call Customer Service at
1-208-362-7200, 8am-5pm (MST) / Monday - Friday.
 
     
 

Does a quote guarantee items will be reserved for 7 days?

 
 

A quote will hold the price for 7 days; however, items will not be reserved until payment is received in full. Orders placed online will reserve inventory for up to 48 hours. If payment has not been received after 48 hours, the inventory will be released for sale.

 
     
 

What happens if an item I was quoted now appears as out of stock?

 
 

Inventory will be reserved as soon as payment is received in full. In the event that items quoted fall out of stock prior to placing your order, the out of stock items will be added to your account Wish List and we will notify you as soon as inventory becomes available.

Do you carry used parts?

 
 

Yes, we offer a variety of slightly used parts priced to move through our Savers program. Savers inventory is sold ‘as is’ and, in most cases, not in original OEM packaging. All Savers sales are final. To browse Savers inventory, select "Savers" from the pull-down menu on the Search Inventory page. If you prefer to have a complete inventory list emailed to you, email us or call Customer Service at 1-208-362-7200, 8am-5pm (MST) / Monday - Friday.

 
     
 

How do I know that my order contains only new OEM parts?

 
 

You can customize your search criteria to only display new parts by selecting "New" from the drop-down menu on the Search Inventory page. Search results and order details will note the condition of items as New or Savers (slightly used parts offered at a price discount).

 
     
 

Can I arrange to visit your warehouse facility?

 
 

We look forward to providing a personal tour of our 65,000 sq. ft. warehouse facility in Austin, Texas. To arrange a visit, email us or call Customer Service at 1-208-362-7200, 8am-5pm (MST) / Monday - Friday.

 
     
 

Who do I contact to sell or consign my quality surplus parts inventory?

 
 

We will confidentially evaluate your large parts lot for sale or consignment on a case-by-case basis. For more information on inventory purchase or consignment options, please contact our Operations department at 1-208-362-7200, 8am-5pm (MST) / Monday - Friday.
